Quick Claim Pro provides medical billing, revenue cycle management, insurance claims processing, and related administrative support services for healthcare providers.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Service fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be outlined in separate agreements or invoices.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
While we strive for accuracy and efficiency, Quick Claim Pro is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients, insurance denials, or external system failures.
Either party may terminate services by providing at least 30 days’ prior written notice, as outlined in any applicable service agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
